The municipality of JBAIL-BYBLOS hosts many exhibitions, organizes lectures and plans events. For this reason, it is in great need of a center dedicated for this purpose and capable of accommodating a large number of people and of serving both the district and the city. The Municipality of JBAIL-BYBLOS began the construction of the Conference Hall near the Sports Complex in 2017. It includes a hall to host exhibitions, lectures, big events and international Arab conferences. The Lebanese Antoine Abdel Masih, who liked to leave his mark on the city of JBAIL, sponsored the project as the city became well known worldwide thanks to all its previous achievements and its long history.
